OMSCHRIJVING:

Imker Kris vertelt alles wat je al lang wou weten over honing. Zowel de mooie als de minder mooie kant van het verhaal. Hoe de bijen leven, hoe honing gemaakt wordt, het verschil tussen honing en honingdauw, de internationale honinghandel, kwaliteit van honing.
We doen enkele proefjes met honing en we eindigen met het proeven van honing waarbij we de smaakschijf boven halen.
